Organisational Wellbeing is the overall health and happiness of employees in the workplace. Everyone faces challenging times that can impact their physical and emotional well-being. It can be especially hard to separate personal issues from workplace concerns. If you’re ready to prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of your employees but don’t know where to start, you’re not alone. As an employer, it can be difficult to create a healthy environment at work if you don’t have the strategy or the resources to successfully support the mental health concerns of your employees. Our service is designed for employees to access support to help them with a variety of issues that may be impacting their health and well-being. We provide a confidential service that provides a safe space for employees to work through any personal issues that may be impacting their mental health, relationships, and engagement in work. This is an external service separate from the employee’s organisation due to the specialist knowledge and expertise of the Organisational Wellbeing provider. As this is funded by the organisation, there is no direct cost to the employee.

What We Are About
The culture of the workplace can be vulnerable to the anxieties and stresses of the individuals who work within it. The pressures of the daily tasks, the emotional distress of the clients they serve, the many adverse external circumstances that may impinge upon the individual and or the organisation, can all form the overall difficulties experienced. We understand the value of a positive relationship between employer and employee when there is trust, mutual respect, and particularly when an individual feels supported during those difficult times in life. We want to help improve workplace culture, increase productivity and morale, and reduce sickness rates.
We specialise in counselling for individuals as well as couples offering face-to-face, telephone, and online support. We cover all aspects of a person’s life such as stress management, emotional support, work-life balance, personal relationships, professional boundaries, and communication. Our aim to is to provide a responsive service with a flexible approach to improving everyone’s mental health and wellbeing.
Our goal is to break down the stigma of mental health and help develop a workforce that is healthy at work.
As an independent business established in 2012, we’ve spent over a decade perfecting a balance of providing a responsive professional service with a personal touch, ensuring each of our clients feel heard and valued. We have a vast amount of experience working within healthcare, higher education (universities), and corporate clients. We also offer Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) post-incident therapeutic support to individual or groups following a traumatic life event. Our close-knit team offer a warm, personalised service to help you find creative solutions tailored to your specific needs. We work with employers to strategically assess and support the mental health outcomes in their workplaces. We help transform organisational wellbeing with a therapeutic, preventative approach that keeps workforce engagement up and costs down.
